My name is Guillermina Forchino, I have been in the real estate business for many years, starting because my father is an architect and I always liked what he did. I used to accompany him to the works, I saw his projects, we went together to exhibitions of the sector, I looked at decorating magazines.
I ventured into the world of real estate investments 16 years ago, buying an apartment in pre-construction with 10 friends, then buying land and building a house with 21 acquaintances to later sell it.\nIn both projects I did the management, I administered them and in the case of the house I carried out the work... for a few years I worked as an employee in real estate, then I studied Real Estate Broker.
Once graduated 12 years ago, I opened my own real estate and 8 years ago I saw a great opportunity when a client brought us his house for us to sell it.\nIt was in very poor condition; whoever bought it would have to recycle it for sure\u2026 and why not buy it, recycle it and sell it making a difference?\u00a0
Since I didn't have the money to do it alone, I put together a pool with family and friends who immediately joined the project.\nThanks to that I saw a problem to be solved\u2026 many are the people who have money saved and don't know where, or how, or with whom to invest it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe problem I identified is that many people have savings but do not want to invest them due to lack of confidence above all, even though they want to have more and more.\nMixed feelings\u2026.I want to earn more but I don't want to invest\u2026. I am especially afraid of the unknown.\nThe small saver is the one who works and saves a little of what they earn (what is left over or what they are forced to save even if they do not have enough) and who would like to save more and have more as a result of their work... but at the same time they are the ones who do not know about investments, about \"business\" but who are always dreaming or wishing that their savings grow or multiply... the ones who do not trust anything or anyone because new scams appear all the time but who want to be able to trust their money to someone so that they can earn more\u2026 The ones who save for years peso by peso, month by month, and then are afraid to invest them for fear of losing everything that cost them so much to collect; but if someone they trust manages or invests them, they would not doubt... those who prefer to keep it under their mattress before losing it or \"risking it\" to multiply it, but if someone shows them that they can really earn money by putting it to work, they would not hesitate to start investing it.\nEverything is based on trust and we have been in the market for years, my surname in the city of Rosario is associated with architecture and honesty.\nWe have projects finished and sold and others in execution, many investors have already collected their money, others continue to leave their capital + interest to continue adding and join more savers who continue backing us. \t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
